Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh: Bac Giang should pay special attention to achieving w88 vin app goal of developing social housing

Reporting to w88 vin app Working Group, a representative from w88 vin app Department of Construction of Bac Giang stated that w88 vin app People\'s Committee of Bac Giang Province has currently approved 12 independent social housing planning projects, covering approximately 89.34 hectares. In addition, around 25 urban and residential area planning projects in w88 vin app region have allocated land for social housing, with a total land area of 89.13 hectares designated for development. Of these, approximately 15 projects have already selected investors.

During w88 vin app working session, w88 vin app delegation and w88 vin app People\'s Committee of Bac Giang Province discussed and addressed difficulties and recommendations related to administrative procedures for implementing social housing projects. They also examined regulations regarding w88 vin app social housing obligations of investors, challenges in determining incentives for w88 vin app 20% land fund allocated for building commercial housing, as well as issues related to w88 vin app form and conditions for purchasing and renting social housing, among other matters.

After conducting a site inspection and listening to reports and recommendations from Bac Giang Province, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh praised w88 vin app leadership and direction of w88 vin app People\'s Council and People\'s Committee of Bac Giang in implementing w88 vin app 1 million social housing units project.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh suggested that in w88 vin app coming period, Bac Giang should place special emphasis on w88 vin app development of social housing in w88 vin app region. He advised continued efforts to direct, review, and allocate land for social housing projects, and for projects that have already been approved and granted construction permits, he urged authorities to expedite progress to ensure w88 vin app achievement of w88 vin app set goals.

Regarding w88 vin app proposals and recommendations from Bac Giang Province, w88 vin app Working Group will take note and provide specific written responses, which will serve as a basis for local implementation.
