(Construction) – This was w88.vin.link conclusion given by Deputy Minister of Construction Pham Minh Ha, Permanent Vice Chairman of w88.vin.link State Council for Construction Acceptance, during a meeting held on 26 March to review w88.vin.link acceptance of completed construction works for w88.vin.link Investment project on terminals No. 3 and No. 4 at Hai Phong international gateway port.

At w88.vin.link meeting, based on w88.vin.link documentation provided—including records, quality management files, construction inspection results, as well as reports from w88.vin.link investor, design consultants, supervision consultants, and w88.vin.link Council\'s Expert Group—w88.vin.link Council concluded that w88.vin.link principal construction works had been carried out in accordance with w88.vin.link approved design. w88.vin.link investor had organised w88.vin.link acceptance of completion for w88.vin.link items intended to be brought into operation and use. Issues arising during w88.vin.link construction process had been explained, clarified, or addressed by w88.vin.link investor.

Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha acknowledged and praised w88.vin.link investor and contractor for mobilising all available resources to ensure that w88.vin.link Investment Project for w88.vin.link Construction of Wharfs No. 3 and No. 4 at Hai Phong international gateway port was implemented on schedule. He urged w88.vin.link investor to continue finalising w88.vin.link necessary documentation to complete w88.vin.link project in accordance with legal regulations on construction quality management, and to pay close attention to monitoring w88.vin.link project during its operational phase. On w88.vin.link local side, he called on w88.vin.link Hai Phong City People’s Committee to coordinate efforts to ensure safe traffic in and out of w88.vin.link port once w88.vin.link project becomes operational.

Speaking at w88.vin.link meeting, Mr Nguyen Duc Tho, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People’s Committee and Vice Chairman of w88.vin.link Council, expressed agreement with w88.vin.link investor’s report. He stated that any issues arising during w88.vin.link construction process had been monitored by w88.vin.link consultants and that w88.vin.link investor had committed to addressing them in accordance with legal regulations.

“When putting w88.vin.link port into operation while continuing construction of w88.vin.link remaining items, w88.vin.link investor should work closely with w88.vin.link contractor to ensure strict management of traffic safety, occupational safety, and operational safety” Mr Tho emphasised.

In its capacity as w88.vin.link Standing Unit of w88.vin.link Council, Mr Hoang Hai, Director of w88.vin.link State Appraisal Department of Construction Quality, along with w88.vin.link Council’s Standing Unit, put forward a number of recommendations and requirements for w88.vin.link investor, both prior to and following w88.vin.link commissioning and operation of w88.vin.link constructed items.

Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company stated that w88.vin.link investor has carried out w88.vin.link construction in accordance with w88.vin.link appraised and approved design documents, compiled w88.vin.link complete project completion dossier, and organised w88.vin.link acceptance of construction items and works in accordance with legal regulations. This has enabled w88.vin.link Council to proceed with w88.vin.link inspection and acceptance of w88.vin.link completed items and works within its jurisdiction.
